The STAR Workplace Program helped to reinforce the many things we are doing well and also highlighted areas for improvement. I now have a clear picture of my priories for the next 12 months. The employee feedback showed that my focus on providing a flexible workplace has paid off with it being a key factor in employee satisfaction. The program also reinforced the need for training and development which is an easy investment to make as it will lead to better business results in the long term. Being recognised as a STAR Workplace now means that I can show my team and my clients that we are committed to creating an amazing business”.
